Weapons Policy: No modern weapons are allowed. Only weapons that are of the period and part of your costume will be permitted. All weapons must be sheathed and peace-tied at all times. Only professionals in a choreographed pre-approved show will be permitted to spar with weapons. More information can be found in the Festival Weapons Policy 2010

Mobile BLOOD DRIVE – On Saturday October 30th Blood Source will have their bloodmobile in the parking lot for all who want to participate in the Blood Drive. Donors may sign up in advance for the mobile blood drive by sending an email to admin99renfestival@gmail.com Subject: Mobile Blood Drive. Please include your full name and up to four 1-hour time preferences in the email message. Visit www.bloodsource.org for more information. 
The Festival will provide a donation from a portion of the net proceeds of ticket sales to one to two charities to be selected for this year’s event.
