This Renaissance Festival is staffed largely by volunteers.
Most of the entertainers reduce their normal performance fee. The artists and crafters pay for space to showcase their wares. This Festival goes beyond simply helping the chosen charities each year; we’re showcasing local actors, artists, and musicians.

Application Submission
By filling a three-hour shift per day at the Front Gate,
Meet & Greet, or one of our other areas, you gain access to
the event for the entire day. We also need a few volunteers to
help with setting up on Friday, November 2nd. Construction
experience is not necessary since there are several jobs that
simply require willing people. To volunteer during the event,
you must have a “period” appropriate costume.
